Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), implemented by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). It aims to empower India’s youth by providing them with industry-relevant skill training that enhances their employability and opens up entrepreneurial opportunities.

Encourage standardization of training via National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF).
